Should severe weather or other emergencies arise making it appropriate to cancel a meeting, members will be notified of a cancellation no later than noon on the day of the meeting either by e-mail or phone call. The responsibility for cancelling a meeting is assumed by the President and Secretary-Treasurer, who take the ation as early a possible in collaboration with those responsible for preparing our food. Please check your emails or answering machines regularily when inclement weather is forecast for a Monday meeting. Irrespective of cancellation decisions, members are encouraged to choose safety over attenance when conditions are hazardous.
